- Produce trend reports and whitepapers that anticipate market evolution and competitive threats
- Design innovation workshops to cultivate future-oriented thinking across cross-functional teams

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies

- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
