Responsibilities

- Author foresight reports and executive briefings on disruptive technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic innovation adoption
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and industry forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable strategies
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience with AI/ML applications in predictive analytics
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
