Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, emerging technologies, and disruptive forces to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic frameworks and roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into corporate strategy
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for high-impact uncertainties
- Establish KPIs to track strategic initiatives and forecast execution efficacy
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Planning, Futures Studies, Business, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and stakeholder influence
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and strategic modeling frameworks
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and exponential technologies
