As a key member of our executive team, you'll collaborate with C-suite leaders to develop long-term strategies, identify disruptive opportunities, and lead cross-functional initiatives. You'll leverage data-driven insights and cutting-edge methodologies to anticipate market shifts and pioneer solutions that will define the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech, quantum computing) to inform strategic planning for 2026+
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops and hackathons to generate breakthrough concepts
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic foresight framework using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Partner with R&D to incubate and accelerate emerging technologies from concept to market
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive briefings
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation team of futurists, strategists, and technologists
- Drive organizational culture change to embed innovation and future-readiness into DNA
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic plans with measurable impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, innovation management, MBA, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale organizational change
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, white papers)
