Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks for industry disruption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, sociology, and economics
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities
- Design and manage innovation incubation programs for breakthrough ideas
- Partner with product teams to integrate future scenarios into roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology landscapes
- Coordinate global futurist networks and external research partnerships
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in innovation strategy or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with AI/ML forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience managing innovation portfolios in tech-driven environments
