Responsibilities
- Develop and publish comprehensive trend analyses across AI, biotech, climate resilience, and digital transformation
- Design strategic innovation frameworks for enterprise clients with 5-10 year implementation horizons
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive teams to prepare for disruptive market shifts
- Produce high-impact deliverables including white papers, executive briefings, and keynote presentations
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining thought leadership through published research
- Collaborate with R&D partners to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused research or innovation frameworks
