Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, societal trends, and market disruptions to identify strategic opportunities for 2026
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives from ideation to implementation
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, training, and strategic storytelling
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies' impact on business models and competitive landscapes
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale innovation projects
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Proficiency in foresight frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method, horizon scanning)
