Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic innovation frameworks targeting 2026 market inflection points
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Design and facilitate cross-functional workshops for strategic foresight and scenario planning
- Produce high-impact trend reports and actionable strategic recommendations for C-suite
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and ROI modeling
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks and sustainable development principles
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-leading innovations
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, biotech, quantum computing, Web3
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning tools and futures research methodologies
- Deep understanding of global geopolitical and socioeconomic trends
- Published thought leader in innovation or futurism domains
