Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to identify strategic opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based models and roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations translating complex futures into business strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptors to maintain first-mover advantage
- Build and manage an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term innovation strategies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing executive leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating futures research methodologies and strategic outputs
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
