Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections
- Develop scenario-based planning models for emerging technology adoption and disruption
- Partner with R&D to prioritize breakthrough initiatives with 10x potential impact
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and mentor a future-focused innovation lab team
- Author thought leadership publications on industry evolution and disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPC) preferred
- Published thought leadership on future trends
- Experience building innovation ecosystems within large organizations
