Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year strategic foresight frameworks by analyzing quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate-tech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026's biggest challenges (e.g., AI ethics, decentralized economies)
- Develop scenario-planning models for geopolitical shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting global tech ecosystems
- Partner with C-suite to integrate exponential technologies into corporate DNA and investor narratives
- Curate exclusive industry roundtables with Nobel laureates and Silicon Valley pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications read by Fortune 500 executives and policy influencers
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders accelerator program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 8+ years in strategic innovation
- Proven track record of commercializing exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Deep expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and technology adoption curves
- Portfolio demonstrating published future forecasts with ≥85% accuracy
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into compelling stakeholder narratives
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones in agile environments
