- Produce foresight reports translating complex future states into executable R&D priorities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology impact analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published research on AI ethics, climate tech, or quantum applications
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures to stakeholder audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic foresight implementations
