Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for market positioning in 2026+ landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping innovation pathways to commercial opportunities
- Produce executive-ready future trend briefs with quantifiable risk/reward analyses
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions addressing emerging societal needs
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight effectiveness and innovation ROI
- Represent company at global futurist forums and tech prediction summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or Technology Forecasting
- 7+ years experience in corporate strategy consulting or innovation leadership
- Expertise in technology convergence patterns (AI/quantum/biotech intersections)
- Published thought leadership on systemic change or emerging tech disruption
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, etc.)
- Experience translating foresight into product roadmaps and investment decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from strategic innovation initiatives
