Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI-driven solutions for future markets
- Conduct scenario planning for global tech disruptions (quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Partner with R&D to commercialize emerging technologies with 3-5 year timelines
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive stakeholders and investors
- Design ethics frameworks for next-gen automation and human-AI collaboration
- Drive market entry strategies for 2026 product ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and emerging technology assessment
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams in agile environments
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio of 2020-2025 foresight projects with measurable impact
