Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026

- Quantify market disruption vectors through proprietary foresight methodologies
- Facilitate executive workshops to align leadership on future-state capabilities
- Author thought leadership publications on innovation trajectories
- Build predictive models for adoption curves of breakthrough technologies

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related quantitative field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of developing future-proof business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
