Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) and translate insights into actionable strategic roadmaps
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare the organization for 2026 market shifts
- Develop innovation frameworks for emerging technologies including quantum computing and neural interfaces
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions addressing future human needs
- Present trend forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking
- Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Exceptional communication abilities to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from World Future Society) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or innovation strategies
