Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for C-suite executives in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead scenario planning workshops with Fortune 500 clients to build adaptive strategies
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future insights into R&D priorities
- Represent the firm at global innovation forums and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategy, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist analysis
- Proven track record of developing future-focused strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic transformation projects
