Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives
- Design and facilitate immersive futures-thinking workshops with global stakeholders
- Produce quarterly trend reports with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Present findings at industry conferences and publish in leading futurist journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years applying foresight methodologies in corporate or government settings
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record developing long-term strategic plans with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
