As a key member of our C-suite strategy team, you'll collaborate with R&D, product development, and market intelligence units to identify disruptive technologies and market paradigms. Your insights will directly shape our innovation pipeline and long-term competitive advantage in an accelerating global landscape.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal shifts to develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Develop scenario-planning models for disruptive industry transformations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Author thought leadership content on future-focused business strategy
- Oversee implementation of pilot initiatives for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Published author or recognized thought leader in innovation strategy
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell, IFTF) or equivalent practical experience
