- Partner with engineering teams to align R&D investments with future market needs
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings on emerging paradigms
- Establish KPIs for tracking innovation maturity and market adaptation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial products/services
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, Quantum Computing, Biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
