Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging technologies with 2026 market potential
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives

- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD) or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
