Responsibilities
- Strategic Forecasting: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies and market trends to identify opportunities and threats relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Roadmap Development: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to define the long-term technological roadmap and strategic milestones.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all departments.
- Innovation Labs: Prototype and evaluate new technologies to determine their feasibility for future product integration.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors' technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Policy & Standards: Establish technical standards and governance frameworks for future development cycles.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or systems engineering.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully leading long-term strategic initiatives and forecasting industry shifts.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Blockchain, etc.) with the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly.
- Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and navigate ambiguous situations.
