- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with commercial potential
- Design and implement ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and automation systems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage R&D budget allocation for future-focused initiatives
- Coordinate with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into development pipelines
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech systems
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation partnerships
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology futures (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
