Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis for 5-10 year horizons
- Strong background in managing cross-functional global teams and complex projects
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
