Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with data-driven insights
- Build and manage relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Oversee technology innovation labs and pilot programs for next-gen solutions
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on strategic technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
