Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology strategy aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and prioritize R&D investments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with startups, academic institutions, and industry leaders
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Proven track record developing and implementing forward-looking tech roadmaps
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their market implications
- Executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets >$10M
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
