Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead market research on emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3)
- Architect cross-functional innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping
- Establish governance protocols for responsible AI and ethical tech deployment
- Drive strategic partnerships with academia and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership
- Mentor junior strategists and innovation lab teams
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory developments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management
- Experience developing ethical frameworks for AI and autonomous systems
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
