Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology priorities
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market research to inform strategic decisions
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership with data-driven insights
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate future technology concepts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record of developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., generative AI, Web3, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with experience in scenario planning
- Strong presentation and communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CDMI) preferred
- Experience working in agile environments and managing cross-functional teams
