Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of the 2026 technology innovation roadmap
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, Web3, etc.) to identify competitive opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Manage cross-functional projects to deliver proof-of-concepts within 12-month cycles
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies in strategic planning processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Strong project management with PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating thought leadership in tech innovation
