Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with long-term business objectives

- Design innovation frameworks to evaluate and integrate next-gen technologies into core operations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a portfolio of pilot projects testing futuristic technologies
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Forecast market disruptions and prepare mitigation/adaptation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
