- Architect innovation pipelines integrating cutting-edge technologies into core business operations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact analysis
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate innovation
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services with measurable market impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, biotech, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and business data
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future trends
