Responsibilities

- Conduct competitive intelligence and market trend analysis to identify first-mover opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and secure stakeholder buy-in
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to co-develop breakthrough technologies
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption ROI and innovation maturity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum applications, climate tech)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in technology forecasting (e.g., Gartner, Forrester) or innovation management
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile/lean innovation methodologies
