- Partner with product teams to incubate next-gen solutions with 5+ year market impact
- Build innovation frameworks for ethical tech deployment and regulatory compliance
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members with data-driven narratives
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or venture innovation
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products or platforms
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep technical fluency in AI/ML, distributed systems, and emerging tech stacks
- Experience scaling global innovation programs across 3+ continents
