- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and technology labs
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify first-mover opportunities
- Drive adoption of cutting-edge tools and methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, neurotech, sustainable tech)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Strong executive presence and strategic communication abilities
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, PhD preferred)
