Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech advancements
- Lead cross-functional R&D sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in partnership with MIT and Stanford research labs
- Develop competitive advantage frameworks through patent strategy and IP portfolio management
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and board members, securing $50M+ annual R&D budgets
- Mentor a team of 12+ engineers and researchers in emerging technology adoption methodologies
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers and keynote presentations at Web Summit and CES
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning (quantum/AI/sustainability focus)
- Proven track record of launching $100M+ tech products from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Policy with PhD preferred
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum algorithms, generative AI ethics, carbon-neutral tech
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across engineering, legal, and executive teams
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Published author in IEEE or Nature Technology Review with 20+ citations
