- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling experimental solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for future tech applications
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track innovation portfolio performance
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation budget and resource allocation for 2026 initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., quantum, AI ethics, neurotech)
- Strong data analysis skills with ability to translate trends into actionable strategies
- Experience managing innovation pipelines and P&L for tech projects
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
