Responsibilities

- Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market demands
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Manage innovation pipeline with rigorous feasibility and ROI assessments
- Represent company at global tech forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong communication abilities for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
- Published thought leadership in tech publications or conferences
