Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and emerging market trends
- Identify and vet disruptive technologies through market research, startup partnerships, and academic collaborations

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, consulting, or R&D leadership

- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
