Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic alignment with market demands
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps with clear milestones and ROI projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate future product/service concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor competitor tech landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting innovation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups for R&D collaboration
- Define KPIs for technology adoption and innovation success metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with measurable impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and technology lifecycle management
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, MIT Sloan) preferred
