- Develop and present comprehensive technology roadmaps to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing innovation pilots and proof-of-concepts
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and market opportunity assessments
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure strategic initiative success
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present visionary insights at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Strong presentation and communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in strategic planning or technology forecasting (e.g., Gartner, Forrester) a plus
