Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies in real-world environments
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with commercial potential
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Quantify ROI and risk mitigation frameworks for futuristic technology adoption
- Present visionary technology insights at industry conferences and executive summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Experience developing technology adoption frameworks for enterprise clients
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS ML Specialty, Google Quantum AI)
