Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces) for commercial adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future tech initiatives and investment priorities
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position InnovateNext as a future-tech pioneer
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with leading research institutions and tech innovators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven experience developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess market viability and ROI of futuristic technologiesExceptional communication skills to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Track record of launching at least two groundbreaking tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
