Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, identifying emerging trends and disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating and implementing cutting-edge technologies (AI, quantum, IoT, etc.)
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify strategic opportunities
- Present technology strategies and recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align technology initiatives with business goals
- Manage technology innovation budgets and ROI analysis for emerging tech investments
- Build relationships with startups, research institutions, and technology partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related roles
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing innovation projects
- Knowledge of technology forecasting methodologies and market analysis frameworks
- Strategic mindset with ability to anticipate industry shifts and competitive threats
