- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to the board of directors and investors
- Drive R&D initiatives with a $20M annual innovation budget
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Exceptional business acumen with experience in P&L management and M&A integration
