Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmap with 3-year strategic vision
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation through data-driven proposals
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation pipeline health
- Represent InnovateNext at global tech summits and industry forums
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML or quantum computing initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Experience securing government grants for R&D projects
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/Java preferred)
