Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep understanding of ethical technology deployment frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Strong stakeholder management experience across global organizations
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CTO School)
