- Collaborate with R&D to incubate breakthrough innovations with commercial viability
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive adoption of future-ready technologies across organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech into business value
- Experience building and leading high-performing technical teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
