Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Vision for emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Computing.
- Lead R&D initiatives to prototype and validate next-generation solutions.
- Identify and assess high-potential technologies that align with our long-term business goals.
- Communicate complex technical roadmaps to executive stakeholders and non-technical teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Product, Engineering, Design) to integrate futuristic tech into existing products.
- Monitor global tech trends to anticipate disruptions and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, R&D, or Product Management.
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives and delivering futuristic projects on time.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Next-Gen Computing paradigms.
- Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to translate abstract concepts into concrete roadmaps.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills; ability to inspire teams to think beyond the status quo.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
