Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused innovations into current roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget across experimental initiatives
- Mentor emerging talent in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record mapping technology horizons beyond 2025
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Experience scaling technology initiatives from concept to market
- Certification in futures thinking or strategic foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating technology strategy deliverables
- MBA or advanced degree in technology/strategy field
