Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology adoption strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and assess commercial viability
- Design scalable innovation frameworks to accelerate prototyping and market validation
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into customer solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders with data-driven ROI projections
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs for rapid experimentation
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts impacting technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record forecasting tech trends with 5+ year accuracy
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience building tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 or scale-ups
- Strong executive communication with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech-to-business translation
